No, not James Bond, but watching the new Bond in the new Bond film, “Casino Royale,” afforded me an opportunity to view the trailer for May’s “Spider-Man III.” Somehow, I felt all was right with the world when that preview was shown.
Of all the super-heroes, Spider-Man has always been the one with whom I can most relate. I mean, outside of his super-powers, Spider-Man is another loser like me. Let’s face it–you get bit by a spider and become super against your will. That takes a loser.
With losers like Spider-Man out to save the world and succeeding, Mr. Unlucky can sleep well at night. Just keep the spiders away from me.
